February optimization - SUDOKU out-inside

OBJECTIVE: Fill grid with numbers 1 - 9 and form regular sudoku.

CALCULATION: For every row and column, number (X) from cell on the edge is multiplied with number which is in that row/column at position X (If number 7 is in edge cell, 7 is multiplied with number at 7. place starting from edge cell in that row/column). Numbers in corner a used twice - in coresponding column and in a coresponding row). Final result is sum of all products. Maximize your final score.
